NEW SHABBY CHIC HYDRANGEAS

There's one hydrangea bush in my garden that has the softest of blue tones. I tried to capture the delicate petals tinted with just a touch of pink. Picture this with its companion piece, "Pink Hydrangea" making a beautiful addition to country, modern, or your own special decor. Just treat yourself!

My garden is full of bright summer color, but softer tones come from my pale pink hydrangea. How's this for a Pink Saturday post!!

    I LOVE hydrangeas and your pictures of them are truly a work of art! A biology and an artist - how cool is that?! Loving art helps us to see beauty in so many things, doesn't it?

    Just beautiful! They are my favorite flower...have a couple in my yard I'm struggling to keep alive. The heat here seems to take it's toll on them. Thanks for your nice comment on my blog today! :)

    Barbara, your paintings are wonderful. The Hydrangeas are perfectly shabby chic! The muted colors invoke peace, and the beauty of them are pleasant on the eyes. A perfect Pink Saturday edition.

    Thank you for your kind comment. I took lots of photos from the floral dept. just to have 'in case'..and I am finding lots of uses for them, especially for featuring some of my quotes and poems. I also use details of my paintings for that purpose.
